They were more than 50% cheaper that most companies and the product was top notch. They even delivered from Newcastle to Sydney for the same price as the local companies. The staff was friendly and helpful and I intend to use the company again.

All we got for our money was no call or notification when they would arrive, other than a text they were coming. The delivery guy was rude, unhelpful and was more concerned about his own eqpt than helping us. He then basically dumped em as fast as he could then left. I called to complain and they never returned my call. Perhaps I should call the ombusdman?1. Overall, buy the product if you must- just don't expect any customer service after.
